These options help you get your title docs ready in 1–3 days, while providing significant savings to your borrowers with pricing incentives based on the loan amount and/or extremely low title fees.

For TRAC+ and TRAC Use Our Eligibility Tool
Go to our Eligibility Tool to check TRAC+ and TRAC eligibility and see estimated savings before importing a loan. On your EASE dashboard, go to “Loan Activity & Tools,” scroll down to “Tools & Resources” and then click on the “Eligibility Tool” tab.
How to select and order TRAC+ or TRAC
- If your loan is eligible, you will have the option to select TRAC+ or TRAC under the Title Selection drop-down in EASE and order TRAC through the Processor Assist screen in EASE

TRAC Lite
TRAC Lite–Eligibility determined by DU findings, not County (only available in AZ, CA, NJ and TX)
To check eligibility for TRAC Lite you will need to run One-Click AUS® and receive eligible findings
- If your loan is eligible, you will have the option to select TRAC Lite under the Title Selection drop-down in EASE and order TRAC Lite through the Processor Assist screen in EASE
