Qualifications

• All conventional, FHA and USDA Rate and Term refinances, VA IRRRLs and FHA Streamlines
• Lender-Paid Compensation Plan must be at or below 1.5%
  • If General Compensation Plan is above 1.5%, then Refi compensation plan can be adjusted in Compensation Settings in EASE by the broker owner, even if adjustments have been made in the last 90 days
    • Correspondents must have a Max Net Price of 101.50
• Valid for new locks as of Wednesday, September 4, through Thursday, October 31, (must be locked prior to submission to underwriting)
• Loans NOT currently serviced by UWM have no restrictions based on the note date
  • FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs must still meet seasoning requirements
• Loans currently serviced by UWM must follow restrictions based on the note date
  • Conventional
    • Must be 365+ days from the previous note date
  • VA, FHA and USDA
    • Must be 210+ days from the previous note date
• Required on all loans
  • Max lock 60 days
  • Control Your Price not allowed
  • Loan must be locked prior to submission

Go to our Eligibility Tool to check Refi75 eligibility. On your EASE dashboard go to Loan Activity & Tools, scroll down to Tools & Resources and then click on the Eligibility Tool tab. Plug in the address for the property you would like to refinance. This tool is only verifying the property address provided, previous loan type and note date to determine eligibility.*
