Settlement Agent Portal

INTRODUCING A FASTER, EASIER, SECURE WAY TO CLOSE

Here’s how it works:

• The Settlement Agent receives an email with a secure link to the Settlement Agent Portal
• The Portal contains the CD and an electronic change form
• The Settlement Agent can then approve the CD or download the change form to make changes — then upload the change form along with all documents pertaining to the closing
• The CD goes directly into our closing queue, creating a more streamlined process
• Once the CD has been approved, an email notification will be sent. The final closing documents will also be delivered to the portal for pickup
