Account Success Report (ASR)

A quarterly review of your company’s business submitted to UWM. We look at metrics like your company’s volume and percentage of LOs that achieved PRO Elite status, then award your company a Gold, Diamond or Platinum status. These statuses can help your entire company earn pricing incentives, trips to UWM, lock extensions and more! Broker owners will receive a quarterly email with their company’s ASR status, and progress can be viewed by owners and loan officers on the ASR Dashboard in EASE at any time.
